My stay at Hotel Govind Heights was marked by some frustrating issues, particularly with room cleanliness and staff behavior, though I appreciated the good location and helpfulness of some staff members. The first room I encountered had a very unpleasant smell and visible trash, which was disappointing. However, once I received the room I booked, it was clean enough for a short stay. Still, I wish the service had been more attentive and respectful, especially towards senior citizens in my group.
